Spring is here! Warm weather means outdoor hooping soon! This is a great time to book your birthday parties, festivals and events with Soolah!
Soolah is making it a year of Heartfelt Appreciation.
Appreciate Life, the Magnificent Body we live in daily, the Beautiful Earth we live on and the Creations we bring to this world!
Hoop Dance is a terrific way to allow for the flow of love for the self to shine through in love, creativity, movement, spinning and joy!

Soolah is in a fun, new music video created by her super musically talents friends Frenchy & the Punk! Along with some amazing creatively fun folks as well as awesome fire performers she performed with her hoops and fire toys in the land of faeries, steampunk kids, and revellers in the video for Dark Carnivale!

- May 4th - 6th - Fertile Ground Gathering Festival - Soolah will be at the earth based spiritual Fertile Ground Gathering in Centreville, Va bring two amazing hoop workshops. The Hoop Trance Dance Meditation workshop from 4pm - 6pm. This festival workshop will present the flow of Hoop Trance Dance Meditation combining energy work, meditation and movement as the basis of this workshop. Learn basic body hooping to work your core as well as awaken the Inner Child Self. If you are an energy worker or healer the hoop can be used as not only a self-healing tool but also a universal healing medium channeling the energy through the hoop as you spin. If you have trouble with a daily mediation practice hooping can assist in creating a positive movement meditation flow. The second will be a Family Hoop and Drum on May 5th from 11am - 1pm! A family oriented fun hoop and drum play session for festival attendees.
- May 18th, Kemptown Elementary School, 7pm - 8pm - Soolah will be bringing hooping fun to Kemptown Elementary School for some family fun entertainment!
- May 19th, Frederick Firkin Fest at Stillpoint Farm, 12pm - 5pm - Soolah will be bringing hooping fun and vending at Frederick Firkin Fest!

Close out Frederick Beer Week in style at the FBW FirkinFest at Stillpoint Farm in Mount Airy, MD. This family friendly cask-conditioned beer festival is a great time for all ages. Featuring live bluegrass music, food, crafts, and cask-conditioned beers from some of your favorite Maryland brewers.
Gates open at Noon, and the festival wraps at 6:00. Enjoy the fresh air at one of Frederick County’s hop farms, and soon to be home of one of the county’s newest breweries!
Enjoy the musical performances of The Main Line Gravy Soppers, The Jug Band, and Hucklebuck!
Currently, the participating breweries include Flying Dog, Barley and Hops, Brewer’s Alley/Monocacy Brewing Company, DuClaw, and Heavy Seas. Keep checking back here, or follow our Facebook page or Twitter feed for announcements of additional breweries!
Tickets are $20.00! Click to purchase! - May 26th - Soolah Hoops at the Frederick Keys Game, 6pm - Fireworks! Soolah will be bringing hoops and fun to the Frederick Keys Game! Soolah will set up her hoops in the Kids Fun Zone with lots of play time for the kids!!

- May 27th, Sunrise Assisted Living Memorial Cookout - 2:30pm - 4:30pm - Soolah will be at Sunrise Assisted Living Memorial Cookout and bringing hooping fun to the residents and their families at Sunrise Assisted Living in Frederick, MD.
