Week 1 - Winter Session - January 13, 2023
  • Greeting & Attendance
  • Additional Registration Drop Off and Waiver/Medical Forms
  • Warm-up
  • Meet and Greet - Ice breakers
  • Selecting Hoop Colors for Hoops
  • Basic Hoop Skills - Hoop on Waist, turns, walking, etc.
  • Cool Down & Closing
  • Pack up 5:20
