Hoop Dance has swept the world!  There are so many ways to dance with a hoop and this class will instruct you on hoop dance techniques, tricks, hoop flow as well as incorporate fun into your hoolah hooping!   If you don't know how to hoop Soolah will be assisting you in learning how to play within the hoop!   If you have some tricks already Soolah will be happy to share more to add to your repertoire!

2024 Classes

​  Winter 2024 Soolah will be doing one Beginner Level Class and
an Intermediate Class focusing on Twins and Mini's Hoop Skills!
Select your level whether Beginner or Intermediate!
These Classes will be ONLINE and can be scheduled by messaging Soolah! 
Soolah will use ZOOM for classes but if you need another way please let her know!

6 Week Beginner
Hoop Dance Class

New to Hoolah Hooping or have some basics down? ​This is the class for you! 
If you are an experienced hooper and want more hoop time then you can join in on the fun and cheer on the beginners as they learn their new skills!  Encouragement is always appreciated!

Twins & Mini ​Hoops Class
ONLINE!!

Learn how to use Twin or Mini Hoops in this ​Intermediate Hoop Dance Class!! 
This is for experienced hoop dancers!  These skills will be a challenge and the difficulty level will be higher than the beginners class.
