I am going to host a fun Free Flow Fam Jam on Wednesday, March 25th from 7pm - 8pm as a Facebook Watch Party! Get out your hoops, poi, ribbon wands, silk fans, silk scarves, wear your best costume or best Jammies and dance and flow with me! We're gonna jump the hump day with some fun! Best costume (kids and adult categories) wins a Soolah Hoops Hoop! You'll have to share your photos and videos that night on the feed so we can see your costume and vote!
