Goal, Empowering Word, Intention and dancing our new words/intentions sending energy into the seeds or other items you would like to utilize in your day-to-day path walking.
- Feel yourself achieving it or manifesting it or what it will feel like when you have achieved it. See it as if it is now.
- Target feeling for your Intention so you are able to return to it any time (can sit in it for even 5 minutes a day or 10 - 5 before you are up and 5 before you go to sleep.)
- Give yourself permission to have be or do whatever this goal or intention is that you are creating..
- Compost those old feelings that may arise to help the new intention grow.
- Ho’oponopono if need be to move through or shift old patterns and feelings.
- Breathe into the blocks.
- Journal as necessary.
