Soolah Hoops, LLC will not ship an item until it has been paid in full, either through paypal or by credit card.

When you receive your tubing/hoops, you will need to either remove the bubble wrap or zip ties and uncoil the tubing/hoops carefully. Because hoops are made of plastic, they can become slightly misshapen during transit. If this happens we recommend connecting your hoop together and laying it in the sun. Once the tubing has warmed you can gently reshape it. This can also be accomplished by filling your tubing with hot (not boiling) water to warm the tubing.
Warranty and Repair
WARRANTY FOR INDIVIDUAL HOOPS - Please Read!
Soolah Hoops, LLC wants you to love your hoop, but we expect you to make sure the hoop is right for you. You will need to inspect your hoop carefully & IMMEDIATELY to make sure it is exactly what you ordered. If you choose to sand your hoop then the WARRANTY is void. We do not accept returns for sanded hoops. The return window for Individual Hoops is 14 days from the date of purchase. No Exceptions! Proof of purchase is necessary for any and all warranty work and must accompany any hoop for warrantee repair. The warrantee does not include kinked or broken tube, water damage, heat damage, obvious abuse to the hoop(s). Returning the hoop for repair and any associated fees is the responsibility of the owner, repaired hoops will be returned to the customer at our expense using USPS Standard Post or Standard UPS (warranty only apples to US customers). Warranty repair is a priority and is normally returned to the customer within 24-48 hours.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within seven business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
- Hoops must be return in their original condition, free of scratches, nics, and visible wear that comes from the hoop being dropped on concrete, etc.
- Soolah Hoops, LLC WILL cover freight cost for any items returned that are defective or picked in error AND will cover freight costs for replacement items under these circumstances.
- Soolah Hoops, LLC WILL NOT COVER FREIGHT COSTS for items returned for exchanges and returns if the customer has changed their mind or preference in color, style, type, etc., and WILL NOT cover freight costs associated with the exchanging of items under these circumstances. (COLOR VARIATIONS MAY OCCUR DUE TO MONITOR SETTINGS)

Caring for your Hoop!
Caring for your hoops is essential! Here are some basic rules in keeping your hoop in tip top shape!
*Never leave your hoop in hot sun it will warp!
*Stay on the grass when you hoop. Concrete and rocks especially damage hoops.
*Wipe your hoop off with a damp cloth maybe a little vinegar solution.
*Store your hoops carefully in a cool place to prevent warping or damage.
*Never leave your hoop unattended. Leave it with someone you trust or take it with you. Some hoops you want to share and some you may want for your own so be aware of those around you and who you share your hoops with. Some folks like to walk off with your hoop. When not in use tie a ribbon onto your hoops with your name on it or put your name in permanent magic marker on the inside of your hoop. This will protect your hoop from disappearing and make it easier to identify in a pile of hoops!
